Sunkissed Dance

Have you ever sometimes felt the warm sun on a happy occasion dance to the music of the orchestra as champagne glasses cling, as small girls in pretty purple and pink ribbons run around in their fancy frocks, and as men and women look into each other’s eyes and sway along to the rythm?

I have never experienced it. I’ve never liked the sun much but this morning, I opened my mail to the most beautiful sunkissed photograph I have ever seen so far. I could feel the trees hum and the sun light splatter a million golden confettis as the green below played a lover to the warmth that was radiated.

I wish I could want to explore as much as him

The girls seemed indifferent to this beauty as though they were an essential part of it.

This photograph is so alluring in the sense that it made me pause and stare at it for a few minutes and then break open into a huge smile. I do feel that to me, it symbolises the freedom that one can create for oneself in their own life. We can just be ourselves and do what our heart tells us to do.

Sitting here today, as the thunder roars and the rain splatters, seeing this photograph gives me faith that we can believe what we choose to believe.

Varun Suresh, you create Magic.
